Landmark Maintenance Services is proud to announce its House Watch Program. The House Watch Program was created out of need for the Winter Visitors and the Elderly. The House Watch Program or HWP – was solely created to fill a large need here in the Phoenix, Arizona Metropolitan area. The need was to have a professional company physically visit the interior of your unoccupied home up to 2 times a month to assure that that everything is secure and operational.

Here’s how it works: With the Platinum Package, Landmark Maintenance Services will physically inspect the interior and exterior of your home, twice a month. During those inspections, they will check and test ALL appliances to keep them cycling properly. They will check the security of the home including all the windows, doors, security gates etc. They will inspect for storm damage on the exterior and also oversee any homeowner’s association issues such as weeds! If any work needs to be done, Landmark Maintenance Services will include one free monthly service call (up to $50 with select packages). Landmark Maintenance Services is also a contractor with the State of Arizona that is licensed and bonded for most any repair at your home - they can coordinate all the work with NO PROBLEM!
